CheckFree WebPay User Functionality from an IBS end-user's perspective on using online bill pay services through CheckFree,

CheckFree Tools from a Sponsor's Administrative perspective on the responsibilities and tools for 1st tier customer support,

Customer Center Site Manager Overview for using the site manager to maintain web pages.

Postilion Banking Portal for Voice for using the web-based portal manager to maintain the voice channel.

The visual portion of the sessions will be conducted via Cisco MeetingPlace, for which you will receive connection information through an automated email invitation. Please follow the instructions for conducting a browser test well in advance of the scheduled meeting to insure that the browser from which you will be attending has the required plug-ins. The invitation will also include the teleconference bridge information.
